There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo bases only; game pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason, for the first 90 days (with the exception of the MindRacers Hot Wheels cars, MindRacers LaunchPad, reflectors, Creative Board, Yoobi markers, and Yoobi fuzzy pouch).
If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you must send us your broken base (base + reflector) first. Please reach out to support@playosmo.com for assistance with that process. While we do not replace lost bases, we sell them on our site PlayOsmo, for $29 USD.
