Orders placed on PlayOsmo take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e. Monday-Friday, local time) to process before they are ready for shipment. During promotions, holidays and the months of November & December, this processing time may be longer.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, as well as the estimated delivery date and tracking number. Osmo uses local Post as the carrier (Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and others).
THERE ARE NO SATURDAY or SUNDAY DELIVERIES.
Generally speaking the transit time for standard, ground shipping outside the the U.S. is 7-10 business days, except during the months of November, December, and part of January, when shipping volumes are at their peak. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options for international orders; for faster deliveries, please consider purchasing from one of our retail partners found here.
Cumulative Lead Time:
When estimating the cumulative lead time (from the time an order is placed, to the time the order will deliver), please pay special attention to both the order processing time and the carrier transit time.
Osmo sends three emails regarding the order status, in this order: 1) order confirmation, 2) order shipment confirmation, and 3) order delivery confirmation. The order shipment confirmation includes the carrier and tracking details. These emails are sent to the address indicated on the order.
