Reporting Shipment Errors

If an order placed on our website is delivered, and it's missing items, or the items contained in the box are incorrect or defective, it's important to reach out to support@playosmo.com for assistance within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping errors reported later than 30 days since delivery are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, which may or may not result in a replacement or compensation.
