Osmo will offer a one time free replacement of the magnifying glass, however, the map holder and maps cannot be replaced without purchasing a new game.
To submit a request for a replacement magnifying glass, please follow the steps here to submit an online request using your myOsmo account:
- log into your myOsmo account at https://my.playosmo.com (if you do not see your name, it means that you're not logged into your account; please make sure to log in);
- click on your name in the top right corner;
- select 'Replacements' from the dropdown menu and fill out the form.
