Is there a warranty for Osmo?

There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo bases and cases only; game pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason, for the first 90 days. Click this link for guidance on how to submit an online request for replacements.

If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you may need to send us your broken base (base + reflector) first. Please reach out to for assistance with that process. While we do not replace lost iPad or Fire bases, we sell them on our website, for $39 USD.
