Orders placed on PlayOsmo take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e. Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time) to process before they are ready for shipment. During promotions, holidays, and the months of November & December this processing time may be longer.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, as well as the estimated delivery date and tracking number. The carriers that Osmo uses (FedEx & USPS) take 24 business hours to update their tracking status. Most Osmo orders are shipped FedEx SmartPost, which is a combination of FedEx (for the first leg) and USPS (for the final leg).
THERE ARE NO SATURDAY or SUNDAY DELIVERIES, even for FedEx 1- or 2-Day.
Generally the transit time for standard, ground shipping in the U.S. is 5-10 business days, except during the months of November, December, and early January, when shipping volumes are at their peak. We offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2-Day, which reduces the transit time to 2 business days (although no Saturday or Sunday deliveries).
Cumulative Lead Time:
When estimating the cumulative lead time (from the time an order is placed to the time the order will deliver), please pay special attention to both the order processing time and the carrier transit time.
Osmo sends three emails regarding the order status, in this order: 1) order confirmation, 2) order shipment confirmation, and 3) order delivery confirmation. The order shipment confirmation includes the carrier and tracking details. These emails are sent to the address indicated on the order.
